Welcome to Mod Bake Shop, a passion project from owner and baker, Kelsey B. Mod began as a pipe dream, without a business name. As with many dreams, this one started when Kelsey was a kid. She dreamt of becoming a pastry chef, and watched hours of Food TV. As time went on, Kelsey used her free time to cook, bake, recipe test, and experiment. The dream became more and possible; in 2025, Kelsey quit her corporate job to hone her skills, and bake professionally at a local kitchen and bakery, while simultaneously building her side gig: Mod Bake Shop! Kelsey baked and sold at one market in 2025, and has big plans for 2026, including attending monthly markets, and accepting custom orders.
